Emails from allowed domains still are flagged as spam in conversations > inbox

Hi all,

As the title suggests, I have an issue with incoming emails, from allowed domains, that are still flagged as spam in conversations > inbox.

Our inbox of Hubspot is connected to enquiries@ourdomain.com through Gmail. So this is the email that is set up under settings > inbox > inboxes. So this is the receiving email address for our Hubspot inbox.
The majority of incoming emails also come from enquiries@ourdomain.com because we use this email as the sender email for our website forms (non-hubspot forms).
These emails from this address keep going into spam. We already clicked the ‘email is not spam’ button many times, plus we added the domain to the allowed list in settings.
And the same goes for emails that are sent from hubspot.com domain itself, these also go directly into the spam inbox of Hubspot. Which is quite strange if you ask me. Please see screenshots for more info.

I would be very grateful for your help on this. Thanks in advance.

Hi @RPielanen

Thank you for reaching out.

As stated in this knowledge base article, this is expected behaviour in the HubSpot inbox. You can find in that article a list of all default spam rules that unfortunately cannot be changed in the HubSpot inbox.

We have a support form tool that could be useful for you in that scenario.

I understand how this could be useful for you and other users however, so I’d recommend upvoting this Idea in our Ideas Forum regarding this and commenting with your use case. You can also subscribe to the idea (Options > Subscribe) to get notified if the status changes.

Thank you

Best

Hi @TitiCuisset, thanks for your reply. That really helps, I have a good idea how to make it work for me now. But I will definitely upvote the idea you mentioned, I find this expected behaviour quite unlogical. Much appreciated.
