When I send a text to my inbox and then forward to stakeholders the formatting of the email breaks and throws out all of the text.

I’m wondering whether this happens when recipients also forward their emails.

How can I stop this from happening?

Hey @cmccready

Could you please send me a screenshot with the error? Could you please advise which steps are you following to forward the email to HubSpot? Are you following [these steps?](https://knowledge.hubspot.com/articles/kcs_article/settings/log-email-in-your-crm-with-the-bcc-or-forwarding-address)

Thank you

Sharon

Why don’t you just send tests directly to the stakeholders rather than forwarding? Sometimes forwarding can cause sporadic results.

Here’s an article from Email on Acid on the topic with forwarded messages and the results that could happen.
