# Emails are deactivated

Hello, I am facing an issue that i am unabale to send emails from my hubspot, my all user emails are showing deactivated and since 3 days befaore it’s was deactivated, can anyone help me what should i do?

Hi @bilal.hasan,

Could you please share a bit more context, what exactly does the notice say?

If the email tool is suspended for you, you can find instructions here: [Resolve email sending suspensions](https://knowledge.hubspot.com/marketing-email/why-is-my-email-suspended)

The tool will guide you if there are steps to complete. If the notice says the suspension is permanent, then it’s permanent and you can’t use the email tool in HubSpot.
