I was a user of hubspot in previous job, but now I’m trying to stand the free version up for my own company. I has setup a custom from email and authorized/confirmed that email address. However I found that due to spf/dmarc settings on my domain o365 won’t/can’t deliver the email. So I tried to back out of that and just use a basic hubspot email address and looks like the setting took, but I’m still getting a bounce email from 0365 when I try to email from the contact record. Same with meeting links, the invites don’t reach the person booking it and I just get a bounc. Is there a way to configure hubspot free account such that emails get delivered. At least meeting schedules as well as email notifications from the chat bot? Seems I can’t properly configure SPF/DMARC for hubspot unless I’m on a paid account.
Hi @siggib,
Thanks for reaching out to the Community!
If you want to ensure that your marketing emails reach your recipients’ inboxes, you now need to connect your email sending domain with the email marketing tool to comply with the new Gmail/Yahoo requirements. Please note that this has always been a paid feature and remains available in Starter and above, but not in the Free version. Without this feature, you may experience a higher rate of dropped and undelivered emails in your email marketing tool.
Hope this helps clarify!
