Hi,
I am trying to trigger a workflow that will fire when an email is received but only from a contact that has an assoicated deal.
Is this possible?
Thanks

Hi @SGallagher5,

Yes, this could look like this:

ah ok, so I’ve set the workflow like this, do I still need this bit? Or just what you have created? Ideally I would like to specify the deal pipeline

@SGallagher5 what you have set up will trigger only once. I assume you want enrollment to repeat if new emails are coming in? If so, you would need the exact setup I shared. You could add additional filters for the deal pipeline to it.

Ok thanks, makes sense. Would you be able to share a screenshot of where to find ‘recent sales remail replied date’? I am pretty new to hubspot so still working my way around workflows

@SGallagher5 this is under Contact properties, but limited to Sales Hub Professional and Enterprise subscriptions, if I recall correctly. Without one, I’m not aware of how to set this up, unfortunately.

This is great thank you. I have found it. I am trying to put the email body into an Airtable record.
I’ve got to here but am unsure if this is now possible?

</div>

@SGallagher5 I’m afraid that’s now how this works. The email body is not stored in a contact property. This would require a custom coded workflow action, as far as I know.

</div>

Ah shame. So there wouldn’t be any other way to to sync emails assicated to deals to airtable?
Thanks for the help getting this far

</div>

@SGallagher5 I’m not the most familiar with Airtable – there could be additional integration settings. But from a workflow, without custom code, I don’t see a way.

Hi, I just wanted to pick this back up again and ask if it would be possible to forward the email to a new email address for this?
Thansk

</div>

@SGallagher5 correct. It will trigger for any reply to an email that you sent, not for new incoming emails.
