# Email Tracking is not working

I have installed everythiong correctly month’s ago, everything was working properly.

Today I send a n email with the bcc address for tracking. It didnt work. Was there any change?

I have several hubspot implementations for different customers. All others are working fine.

@SHaberkorn did you try to contact HubSpot support? perhaps there is an internal issue
