Hi,

I am an account manager for a marketing agency. We encourage all of our clients to get the free HubSpot version with the hopes that if they like it, they will expand their services.

Before we were ready to launch the campaign, my proactive client sent out the email. The email account was suspended. We do not see an option to submit a ticket to appeal the suspension, and I’m assuming that is because it is the free version.

Please advise if there are any actions we can take to try and save this account (70382383).

Sincerely

Lorrie Sevetz

Hello @PreshMarketing ,

HubSpot free accounts are not eligble for remediation after being suspended for exceedeing acceptble limits. Remediation for suspended accounts requires access to HubSpot Support, which is only available for paid accounts.
