Is there a way to create multiple marketing email signatures for various teams on HubSpot and track the performance based on impressions, clicks, and click-through rates (CTR) for each?

Each contact owner can customize their own signature. You may not compose a signature for other contact owners. This knowledge base here will explain more about it. You are also able to track a marketing email performance through a campaign. More information here .
