# email several contacts

Just getting started with hubspot and am having trouble with what should be some simple tasks. For instance, I’d love to send an email to the contacts in a deal, but there doesn’t seem to be an obvious way to do this. I can see them in a view, but why isn’t there a quick way to send an email to each from a template?

Hi @JIsaacs,

When you compose an email from the deal record by clicking the email icon, you can select multiple contacts and email them:

If the contacts are associated with the deal, HubSpot will auto-suggest them in the “To” dropdown. You don’t have to search for them manually and it’s just a few clicks.
