When I try to do email sequence at first it had a lock on it, even though I have pro sales hub. Now it says I need to connect an inbox which I laready did . ---

Hi @NFernandez2, Having a Sales Hub Professional subscription is not necessarily the same as having an assigned seat: [Assign and manage seats](https://knowledge.hubspot.com/account-management/manage-seats) – make sure that your user has an assigned sales seat. Regarding the inbox connection, there are various ways to connect an inbox in HubSpot, e.g. a [team email address](https://knowledge.hubspot.com/inbox/connect-channels-to-the-conversations-inbox) or a [personal email](https://knowledge.hubspot.com/connected-email/connect-your-inbox-to-hubspot). Make sure to follow the steps and that should get you to where you want to be. If you’re 100% sure that you have this setup correctly, this might be a bug. In that case, please share a screenshot of your configured connected email from _Settings_ \> _General_ \> _Email_ and of the prompt HubSpot is showing when you’re trying to set up a sequence.
