Is it possible to provide the participant with the meeting link in the automated email reminder? Even the same options as the initial booking confirmation (ie. cancel, reschedule etc)
Not everyone is tech savvy with virtual meetings, and there is so much back and forth about where the link actually is--this would save time

to get it right - you would like to have an automated email that would contain cancel and reschedule links, right?
Unfortunately it won’t be easy, because the individual meeting IDs are not stored in the CRM on a contact level. This means that the only way to achieve this and make the email automated is to create a workflow, that will fetch the individual meeting ID via the meetings API and write it to a custom text property.
Once you have the meeting ID in the custom property, you can create a link in the email like
