I had the issue of importing my templates from an email client to HubSpot. In the templates, it looked like everything was working (hyperlinks, spacing, etc.). However I noticed when I checked in Gmail and Spark, that the emails sent from HubSpot actually had no spacing and had weird brakes in them.
Turns out that not all fonts are supported in every form, and the email/ template preview can be misleading. Can you please take a look at previews, so they better match the final result?

Hi @PrimeSalesVal,

Email client compatibility can indeed be a challenge due to variations in rendering engines and support for certain fonts and formatting. There is unfortunately no one-size-fits-all solution.

HubSpot has a feature to preview emails in different clients: [Preview marketing emails for specific email clients](https://knowledge.hubspot.com/email/how-can-i-optimize-my-email-for-mobile-devices)

This is a Marketing or CMS Hub Professional feature. It allows HubSpot users to check whether the clients used most by their recipient display the emails well.

It looks like you’re on a Starter subscription which means this is unfortunately available to you. I just want to point out that HubSpot has features for this, just on a higher subscription tier. (Don’t shoot the messenger.)

Best regards
