eMail preferences/multiple forms

Hi, we’re pretty new to Hubspot, so lots of work and new things to learn :slightly_smiling_face: My current problem is the following: I created a signup form for our newsletter, that form is already implemented on our page. I just tested it and clicked the “email preferences” section, next to the unsubscribe button. I expected to see my newsletter sign-up form which I’d be able to untick or change my data etc. However, all our forms came up, including one very specific newsletter sign-up form which we don’t want to show to the generic newsletter audience.

Question: Is it possible to show only the newsletter sign-up form tick box which is relevant to their newsletter sign-up? It doesn’t make sense to show all possible tick boxes for all forms we have, it’s not relevant for them when they only signed up for a newsletter…

Any suggestions? See my screenshot - I marked the newsletter sign up form, the one underneath (Tech Brief) shouldn’t be visible at this point as it’s a different form.

Hi @AZander,

This behavior can be achieved with preference groups: “Preference groups help you organize your email subscriptions into different sets of subscription settings. Each preference group has its own preference pages, subscription types, and footer addresses.” Unfortunately, this feature is only available in Marketing Hub Enterprise.

For a Professional portal, I don’t know of any options to show only select subscription types to certain groups of contacts.

However, I wouldn’t see this as a downside. If someone is on the marketing information subscription and sees the tech briefing one, why artificially prevent them from accessing this content?

Best regards!
