Previously when you got tagged in HubSpot you would receive an email outlining the content of the tag and you would choose to open HubSpot.
Now when you receive the email it just says something along the lines of “you have been tagged in HubSpot” with no context and therefore you MUST go into HubSpot.
This is an unnecessary and unwanted step as I want to be able to look at my email and decide whether a response is necessary. All this is doing is opening more and more tabs and bogging down my computer.
This should be a per user setting that they get to choose to enable if they want the content of that tag/note/call etc to show in their email or if they want it to just automatically direct them to HubSpot.
