Email Marketing Folders option

Hi,

For new licenses after the launch of the new navigation, the Email Marketing Folders option is no longer available. Has there been any communication from HubSpot regarding this situation? or is it a bug?

@PVasques I’ve heard a few questions about the folders for emails and from what I gather it’s not a bug, but a change to the interface. I couldn’t find a specific communication regarding the change. You could reach out to HubSpot Support directly to double check.

Folders have been deprecated in marketing emails for all accounts started after February 2024. This is a screenshot from the support chat I just had.
