Email Marketing - Error 404 in CTA & Image not loading

Hi Team,

I am preparing an email marketing campaign and in the test email I detect two errors:
- CTA buttun gives a 404 error. I want to send it to an external page and it sends me to a 404 of my own website.

- Image is not Loading: I need to reduce it a lot and then I set it “Low”, but it looks pixelated.

Can someone help me? Thanks!

@CLopez7 happy to help with your email questions:

1 - for the CTA button, is this a HubSpot created CTA? If so, you’ll need to edit the original CTA to verify the URL is correct and not returning a 404 error. First confirm the external link is working as expected on it’s own and then fully replace it in the CTA to confirm.

2 - Not sure what you mean by the image is not loading, unless the file size is excessive. Instead of reducing it a lot, take your original image and run it through tinypng.com to compress it - this will give you a smaller file size without losing quality.
