Hello, I’m trying to find my Email Marketing certification that I completed in June 2023 but it said that the course is “no longer available”, and when I clicked on it, it made me retake the entire course again. Can I retrieve the original certification? Below is the proof that I took the course in June 2023, and what the course looks like to me now. Thank you for any input.

Current Email Marketing course not showing the option to view certification
@ttran152 the old Email Marketing certification was retired and replaced with updated content reflecting changes to things like Open Rates caused by changes made by Apple/Outlook, etc. among other things.
I couldn’t find a way to retrieve your old certification (I have the old version too). If you added it to your LinkedIn profile, you might be able to access it from the unique link generated.
Hi @ttran152! Exactly as @Jnix284 mentioned, this has been retired. I’ve messaged you a copy of your certificate, and be sure to take the most recent Email Marketing course when you get the chance.
