Email Logging - Option to override the standard destination record

Whilst the email logging feature is great, there seems to be a large gap in what it can do - which leaves an opportunity which would greatly streamline operations, which we’ve done before with Sales Force.

When logging untracked emails received from external sources for ‘reference’ into the CRM - using the Sales Extension/365 add-in, it would be great to have the option to select the record it goes into using this tool. (Log your sent and received emails to the CRM)

For example, when an email comes from an untracked/blocked tracking domain (for information security purposes), like a leasing company, but has select emails that are customer-specific (like if a customer has terminated their contract) that is relevant to have in a customer company CRM record - currently if that email was tracked by the Sales Extension, it would all sit under the leasing company record - not the customer record as it needs to.

The only current way around this that we have found is manually going into a customer company record and using the ‘Log Email’ button - however, this is time-consuming and less streamlined.

We’d love to see this suggestion to streamline the process.
