Links from automated emails take 15 seconds or more to load. It seriously hurts our conversion rates. The direct link without HS tracking seems to work.
Are there any workarounds?

This is an unusually long load time. Have you checked this on multiple devices? Could this be a result of privacy extensions in your browser or similar software on your computer?
Also, could you confirm that the load time is actually due to the link resolving slowly and not due to a low page speed? https://pagespeed.web.dev/
If the problem persists on different devices, different browsers then it is concerning and I’d recommend reaching out to HubSpot support.
