I am having issues with displaying images on outlook and apple mail. This is happening on both the outlook desktop and web app, and the apple mail webapp.
For outlook:
I have allowlisted the sender and allowed automatic image downloads, however, the images are still not appearing even after clicking the “download all images” option.
For Apple Mail:
I’ve made the sender a VIP
I do not have this same issue when viewing from the mobile versions of both (both on app and through mobile web browser)
If you are clicking download images and they are still not appearing this does not sound like a client issue. Can you share a “view in browser” link from one of your emails to see a sample email?
In order to troubleshoot it would be useful to know which email is affected here and why it only has this issue when viewing on apple mail and outlook desktop. it sounds like a marketing email to me since it has images, and it sounds like it only affects your desktop emails and not mobile.
If we know which specific marketing email it is, then we can do more testing on our end to see if we can reproduce the same error. If it is reproducible on our end, then it could be the email template’s issue. If it is not reproducible on our end, then it could be an issue that’s isolated to your desktop.
Without knowing which email it is, it’d be harder to share the right solution, so I’d suggest contacting HubSpot Support. They can better assist you by evaluating the error at the backend.
Hope this helps!
