Hello,
I have several email footers set up for our marketing emails to cater for various company address locations but recently I have been unable to select any footer other than the one set as the default footer.
There’s normally a drop-down menu that enables me to choose from the full set of footer options but that doesn’t show anymore.
Has there been some kind of change/update that is now preventing me from choosing other footers?

The only thing I can think of is that change in your HubSpot subscription took place.
Multiple office locations, and therefore email footers, are an Enterprise feature - can you check your HubSpot subscription and see if any downgrades took place recently?

Make sure you meet all the requirements to create multiple footers for your emails :
and you have the Marketing Hub enterprise subscription: Edit email footer addresses
