I do a lot of email follow ups on emails I send. I need to be able to associate a task with the email that I am sending on. Even if it just copied the URL to the task link, that would be helpful. For example, when I set an email reminder on Mailmerge and Copper, the task has a link to my original email, so in one click I am back in the original email, making it much easier. I hope I articulated this correctly.
Similar idea here. When using the follow-up task from telephone notes, the task will include the date and time information from the original telephone conversation but there is no short link to the note itself.
