Email Folders

Honestly there are a couple of simple fixes I think would benefit most users.

1. Create filter of any activity based on the division they are assigned.

2. Create a filter where you can see messages sent/received by the user who is logged in.

3. By default- at the very least have emails collapsable by month/year so users can quickly navigate to a time they are looking for vs endless scrolling. We are new to HS but there are several accounts with hundreds of emails already piling up in there… and we want to capture things for customer service reasons so editing through and picking/choosing and creating/automating folders might be too much.

Checking in - it’s nearly March 2024 and it appears that Hubspot still hasn’t added the ability to shift Marketing Email folders around…

It’s wild to me that this isn’t basic functionality at this point. What good is the folder system if you can’t make any changes to the way you have things organized if your method isn’t working out? Seems like critical functionality that’s missing.

I agree - I can’t understand why the option to have folders was taken away. The filters/campaigns/search work to a certain extent but it’s a pain - would be sooooo handy to group emails (and we have a lot) by type. And the ability to add subfolders would be an added bonus.

Please add the folders, for busy organizations it is great to be able to store assets in the folders.

We need the email marketing folders back please

This would be very helpful.

We need folders to organize the marketing emails ASAP

Losing the folder structure for marketing emails creates a huge challenge for us as we have many different teams working with many different types of emails. We really need this feature as views force us to rely solely on naming conventions and email creators, which isn’t the same as sorting by email category/name/subject/type etc. This seems like a very simple feature to maintain and did not need to be sunsetted.

Please bring this feature back!

Adding to this thread for visibility and to echo what others have said. Especially at a larger organisation, it is essential for us to be able to group e-mails handled by different international teams, especially as not every e-mail belongs to a specific campaign.

The email folder issue is super frustrating. As an organization we’ve recently created 150 emails and have no way to group them easily. I like to keep everything organized and helps our team collaborate together more efficiently. There is so much clutter now.
