# Email Error Message

I am attempting to send an email. There is an error message that is appearing that says “Something went wrong. Please try refreshing.”

I tried refreshing, and that did not work. I also followed the instructions of the support person, which was to clear the cache, try and incognito window, restart the browser, etc. It still is not working. I’m hoping to be able to use hubspot to send emails. Does anyone know what to do?
