Hey!
I’d love to have a new type of action in Hubspot workflows.
When a contact enters this action, it would wait in the action until it’s been X amount of time since they received their last marketing email.
The use case is the following:
We have several workflows that send a bunch of emails.
We also send newsletters, ad-hoc communications as marketing emails to our users.
I’d like to make sure that we don’t overwhelm them by using an action that automatically checks that the lead received its last makering email at least 24 hours ago. If now, it will stay in the action until it’s been 24 hours or more.
For now, I can only use If/Then branches which are not ideal because they complexity workflows.
