Hi @GJain0 ! Welcome to the Community-- thank you for your post 😊

From what I understand, you are in search of some advice on developing email templates that work well across different email clients.

HubSpot offers resources to share best practices for developing email templates, including:

- This Blog post: [Email Marketing Tips: Use email templates](https://blog.hubspot.com/marketing/email-marketing-guide#:~:text=Email%20marketing%20templates%20%E2%80%94,copy%20for%20marketing%20emails.)
- [Academy courses](https://academy.hubspot.com/lessons/blog_email_and_system_templates?library=true&library=true&q=email%20template) about building templates in HubSpot

That said, are you taking advantage of the HubSpot native[drag and drop email editor](https://knowledge.hubspot.com/marketing-email/create-marketing-emails-in-the-drag-and-drop-email-editor) tool? This intuitive interface could help you format your email in consistent containers to limit styling issues.

I’d also like to invite some of our subject matter experts to share any tips and tricks they have for email styling consistency across email clients! @danmoyle, @GRajput, @alyssamwilie -- any knowledge y’all can share? Thank you!

Best,
Kennedy

Hi @GJain0

When building custom-coded email templates make sure it’s dark mode compatible because some email clients force dark mode on your emails. Also, use [Outlook conditional CSS](https://stackoverflow.design/email/base/mso/) for Outlook 2003 and its above version so your emails don’t break.

I hope this will help you out. Please mark it as **Solution Accepted and upvote** to help another Community member.
Thanks!
