Hi HubSpot support,
I’m having an issue with one specific email address on my domain when trying to use HubSpot.
I own the domain trustinvert.com and I have two addresses: [Email 2] and [Email 1]. With [Email 2] everything works correctly: I can create an account and I receive all verification and login emails.
However, with [Email 1] I have two problems:
1. When I try to sign up or add a user with [Email 1], the signup form shows the error message “Please enter a valid email address”, even though this is a real, working mailbox.
2. I also cannot receive any login verification or password reset emails to [Email 1], even though other emails to that address work fine from outside HubSpot.
This is very important because the HubSpot account associated with [Email 1] contains all of my existing contacts and data, and I cannot afford to lose access to that account.
Since another address on the same domain works without issues, it seems that only [Email 1] is being blocked, suppressed, or treated as invalid somewhere in your system.
Could you please:
- Check if [Email 1] is on any suppression list, global bounce list, or blocked due to validation rules.
- Remove any such blocks so that this address is accepted as a valid email on the signup form and can receive login, verification, and password reset emails.
- Help me restore access to the HubSpot account linked to [Email 1], as it contains all my contacts and important CRM data.
Thank you in advance for your help.
Best regards,
Hugo Oliva
