My templates are inserting this “Editor Style” code into all my pages. It’s overwriting my font styles set in the template default css due to the !important used in the code.

Is there a way I can turn this “off” and stop from having it inserted into the bottom of my pages?

The code is inserted near the very bottom of the page like this

\< !-- Generated by the HubSpot Template Builder - template version 1.03 --\>
\< !-- Editor Styles --\>

\< style id=“hs\_editor\_style” type=“text/css”\>
body { font-family: Helvetica, Trebuchet MS, sans-serif **!important** ; \_type: fake **!important** ; display: block **!important** }
body p , body li , body span , body label , body h1 , body h2 , body h3 , body h4 , body h5 , body h6 { font-family: Helvetica, Trebuchet MS, sans-serif **!important** }

\< /style\>
\< !-- end coded\_template: id:5688364739 path:generated\_layouts/5688364738.html --\>

Hi [@notanothercliche](https://community.hubspot.com/u/notanothercliche),

Can you send me a link to an example page that you’re seeing this, so that I can take a closer look?

I’m also having this issue. You can see an example [here](https://hub.guestrevu.com/the-essential-tripadvisor-checklist). The generated stuff starts on line 663 of the html

Hi [@Sarah\_Came](https://community.hubspot.com/u/sarah_came),

I’m not seeing any editor styles in the raw page source code. Are you perhaps viewing a preview of the page?

### [Generated by the HubSpot Template Builder](https://community.hubspot.com/t5/Content-Design-Questions/Generated-by-the-HubSpot-Template-Builder/m-p/63215)

Where is this coming from and, more importantly, how do I prevent it from changing the design of our landing pages?

The editor styles are coming from drag and drop modules that were customized in the page editor.

HubSpot overrides module CSS when changes are made in the “Styles” tab. This typically happens on default modules. You should be able to look at the module ID when you inspect the page, then search for that ID in your html. This should let you find the module that’s giving you problems.

 ![editor styles.jpg](https://d2qpr2jzcazej7.cloudfront.net/original/3X/6/c/6cf19c37fb6d4d536749e59eff9976eec9a5108a.jpeg)

In order to change the look of your module, you’ll need to reset the styles for that module.

One interesting thing I noticed while looking into this is that HubSpot seems to automatically detect your theme CSS and use that as the defaults in the Styles tab for default modules. That explains why you lose the style fields when cloning a default module in the Design Manager.
