I’m working on a solution for a customer service department where it needs to display company-specific information for the client being assisted. For some background, we are a company that handles customer service for about 150 clients. When a call comes in from a customer, it should display the specific client that needs assistance. This pop-up happens externally from Hubspot and is working as intended.
My questions regarding the display of these companies are as follows:
Display of small text pieces, such as welcome procedures, opening hours. Also, a display of a text piece where you can insert a start and end date for the text so it automatically disappears after a set time. All these text pieces need to be specific for each client.
Email templates that are specific when targeted to an individual company. And to pull specific names, numbers, times, etc., when setting up these email templates.
Display of contact persons’ calendars, with an option to edit/insert an event in the contact person’s calendar to prevent calls being forwarded when someone is in a meeting, for example.
It should be possible to pull the incoming number from Puzzel (the calling system) and merge it into the email template – like "this number “53266215” has called – etc
