The member_register tag in your template has limited customization options. To add fields like First Name, Last Name, and checkboxes,
1. Build your own form with the required fields and handle submissions manually.
2. Use a standard HubSpot form with custom fields, but manage registration separately.
3. Consider creating a custom module or modifying the template for more control.
These options give you the flexibility to add the fields you need.
