Hi Team! It would be helpful to edit the ticket section of the conversations sidebar so that you can re-arrange which properties show up in the quick view, and do not constantly have to click “view more”
We need the ability to edit the view options for all sections of the Conversations sidebar as there are many properties that we don’t use that take up space there and others that we do use (like Attachments) that are currently not possible to see while in the Conversations Inbox.
