# Edit signatures for users as super admin

We want to be able to personailze each of our emails to have the contact owners signatures populated instead of having to create unique emails for each contact owner we want to support. While we have users added, we don’t actually want them inside of our Hubspot account poking around. We would like a way to edit each of the users signatures as super admins.

While I see the presets settings, but it doesn’t allow me to set up unique signatures for each member. The only way to use it that I see is to set up a preset for each user. Which is cumbersome and not scaleable.

Agreed. I said this on another post, but this was first requested in 2017. How has this not been implemented after 7 years. There are too many limitations in HubSpot, this seems like an easy win for you all.

Plus one from me as well.  
There is no way for me as an admin to see which users have custom signatures setup that might need updates, short of logging in separately as every single user. It’s not even in the API.

Presets are a start, but any custom signatures created override them and I have no way to know when that happens.
