# Edit documents in HubSpots

It would be great if we could have more flexibility when it comes to editing and personalizing the style and content of the documents in the Documents-tool before sending it to customers and contacts.

We often use document-templates containing different types of information and we edit/personalize it before sending it to the contact or customer. Since we can’t edit it directly in HubSpot, we need to download the document, edit it in a third party-app and then upload the new document.  
HubSpot already provides so many great features for editing and personalizing e-mails, pages and quotes so it only seems natural to have the same functionality for documents.

Hello -

I love this idea! Being able to make documents customizable and editable is a must-have! I know other CRMs offer this functionality and being able to streamline this process in Hubspot would be a nice touch!

Do anyone know if there’s any addon to Hubspot that can solve this today?
