# Edit Conversation Properties in Workflow

We would love to see the ability to edit conversation properties through a workflow. Currently, you can see all the fields but not edit them.

For example, we want conversations to automatically close and open when ticket statuses are changed. This could be achieved through workflows, however this is closed off as a read-only field.

We would also like to be able to change the following fields through workflows:

- Conversation Status
- Inbox
- Owner

I second this - We would like to change conversation owner ticket priority changes
