Hi @lmustre ,

Go to the contact record you scheduled the meeting with. On the Activities Tab in the center column you should see a tab for meetings.

Find your meeting on that tab and click Actions \> Edit, like this:

Hi trevor,

I have tried that. but What i want to edit is the meeting itself to update and add a location of zoom link and then update the calendar invites to my invitees.

Hi @lmustre ,

You are correct that you cannot add a location after the meeting is scheduled, but you can add a Zoom link to the Attendee Description, by clicking on that field and pasting the link like this:

 ![trevordjones_0-1712056227870.png](https://d2qpr2jzcazej7.cloudfront.net/original/3X/e/b/eb0cf35f7b21862189a15f85edcab44d29de1a2f.png)

Alternately, if your calendar is connected, you can go back to that application and add the location there. In my case, that’s Google Calendar.

Thank you Trevor,

But if i will add in Attendees description, will they be able to receive the zoom link? note that my attendees are not using hubspot. I use the schedule meeting feature to send them a meeting invite.

in your second option, I have to manually add the link on the meeting scheduled on my calendar.

Hi @lmustre ,

Yes. Don’t forget to save your changes, but so long as you do, attendees will receive an updated invitaiton in their inbox with the link in the description.

@trevordjones just to be clear, you we’re referring to the first option right? updating the attendee description? or the second part where i need to update my calendar? Thanks.

Yes, that’s correct. I mean when you update the description in HubSpot, but of course it applies to either.
