Hi, @aemmi.

Happy to help, but I’ll need more information on your developer account (portal), app ID, and your client’s Hub ID.

I’ll direct message you for these details.

Issac,

developer account Hub ID. – 4445704 app id 145925

OAuth app’s ID. - 3977210

The full sync message payload you sent to this endpoint, including the ip\_\_ecomm\_bridge\_\_source\_app\_id value. - I didn’t set this value in the request.

I believe when I first started I used this end point [https://api.hubapi.com/extensions/ecomm/v1/installs?hapikey=[redacted]](https://api.hubapi.com/extensions/ecomm/v1/installs?hapikey=56af5b68-6688-455b-a8d1-60b2d93eef8f) to install but later noticed that it says don’t use it if you use OAuth. So if I uninstall it using [https://api.hubapi.com/extensions/ecomm/v1/installs/uninstall?hapikey=](https://api.hubapi.com/extensions/ecomm/v1/installs/uninstall?hapikey=) will it still be there for the oauth account

Hi, @aemmi.

Sincere apologies for the delayed response.

To be transparent, I missed your reply. This is partially because I was not tagged in any of the posts. It’s really easy for these kinds of replies to fall through the cracks, so please tag me in future messges with @IsaacTakushi.

Thank you for including all this information! Please don’t share production or developer API keys on this forum, however. Anyone who has access to a key has full access to the corresponding account. I have removed the key value from your post, but you may still wish to regenerate it on [this page](https://app.hubspot.com/developer/4445704) ( **Get HAPIkey** \> **Regenerate key** ) since it’s been visible on this public forum all week.

That said, you included your developer API key, which cannot be used to [install](https://developers.hubspot.com/docs/methods/ecommerce/install-settings) or [uninstall](https://developers.hubspot.com/docs/methods/ecommerce/uninstall-settings) Ecommerce Bridge settings in a production account. Only a [production account’s API key](https://app.hubspot.com/integrations-settings/3977210/api-key) can be used for this purpose. Thus, you shouldn’t need to uninstall anything.

Thank you for clarifying that you did not send any value for the `ip __ecomm_bridge__ source_app_id` property.

It looks like this may be another instance of [this issue](https://community.hubspot.com/t5/APIs-Integrations/Hubspot-Property-with-label-Source-App-ID-is-blocking-the-entire/m-p/225107), so I will follow up with the team on my end in an effort to resolve the behavior as quickly as possible. I will let you know if there are any additional steps we would like you to take. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Hi, @aemmi.

This was an issue on our end, apologies.

My team has filled the `ip __ecomm_bridge__ source_app_id` property in account **3977210** with an option for your app, ` 145925`, so syncing all objects should work now!

Additionally, we’ve resynced the three errored contacts listed above, and they now show as Ecommerce contacts (e.g. [this contact](https://app.hubspot.com/contacts/3977210/contact/15522701/properties?search=ecommerce)).
