I’m a newbie to Hubspot and I’m trying to integrate with the Hubspot API. I tried to install the eCommerce Bridge and I’m getting the following error:

`{"message":"This OAuth token (xx) has not authorized the required scopes to complete this action, requires all of the following: [portal-developers-access]. Visit https://developers.hubspot.com/scopes for more information.","correlationId":"xx","requestId":"xx"}`

I’m not sure what the issue could be. Am I calling the wrong endpoint?

My app ID is: 5586439

My App ID is: 5586439 and I’m a newbie trying to integrate with the Hubspot API. I’m trying to install the ecommerce bridge with a test site and I’m getting the following error:

`{"message":"This OAuth token (gdasga) has not authorized the required scopes to complete this action, requires all of the following: [portal-developers-access]. Visit https://developers.hubspot.com/scopes for more information.","correlationId":"09b5e363-e6d5-44dc-8731-67b59af927e9","requestId":"c075e890d3518af741a271889939f49b"}`

I have created a Test portal and have authenticated using Oauth. I know this error might be related to this note:

\> Note: This endpoint is only required when using the ecommerce bridge with a custom integration using a hapikey. This **should not** be used for installed integrations using OAuth.

So, does this mean that the ecommerce bridge has already been installed and I don’t need to do this step?

Hi @snavas , have you already used this endpoint: [Accounts Dashboard | HubSpot](https://developers.hubspot.com/docs/methods/ecommerce/install-settings) using your API key? If so, you should be all set, as the ecomm settings should now be installed into the account from which the api key you used came from. You _cannot_ use an oauth token in this step.
