What would be the easiest way to notify one or more specific single Hubspot users, not teams, of a new ticket?
Hi @JJonker,
The easiest way to do so would be ticket automation: Set up pipeline automations for objects
The workflow action to add in pipeline automation would be ‘Send internal email notification’. In that action, you can specify whichever recipient you’d like to receive the email.
Have a look at the documentation and let me know if you have any follow-up questions.

@JJonker if manual options are fine, then yes, tagging someone with @ is probably the best way to go.
…but where do you do that in a ticket?
@JJonker the easiest way to do so would be via a note
Create or log activities on a record
In a note-body, you can use the @
