マーケティングのEメールを送る際に、本文にいくつかのリンクを入れています。hubspotでトラッキングをしたいと思っているのですが、httpsというリンクの中にhubspotlinksstarter.comとパラメータが入ります。これを変更することはできるのでしょうか？例えば自社のドメインに変更するなど。 ご存知の方、ご教示頂ければと思います。 ---

@hibi はじめまして、株式会社100の遠藤です。 HubSpotがトラッキングするために、変換するリンクでは既定の決まったドメインが使用されます。現在、Markeitng Hub Professionalプラン以上のプランを契約いただくと、自社のドメインに変更することが可能です。 トラッキングができなくなりますが、メールの設定でトラッキングをオフにしていただくと、実際にメール本文内に入力したリンクが適用されます。 ご検討くださいませ。 ---

@hibi ぜひ、試してみてください。HubSpotで行動をトラッキングできるきかっけとなるアクションはコンタクトが「フォーム送信」と「メール内のリンクをクリック」のどちらかとなります。そのためオフにした場合、その後トラッキングも難しくなる点はデメリットとなりますのでご理解くださいませ。
