Hi,
for our business we need to get the signature from our partner (person A) and the signature of our partner’s partner (person B). Only problem is, we don’t know our partner’s partner(person B) yet.
I am searching for a possibility to send a mail where my partner (person A) can sign and fill out the doc and then have the same doc signed and filled out by its partner (person B). At the end the doc should be sent back to me.
Let me know if anything is unclear.
Hi @PKolingba! Welcome to the Community-- happy to have you here
I understand your goal is to send a quote for esignature to one contact, to have it filled out by multiple people, and then sent back to you, correct?
I want to invite some subject matter experts to see if they have any suggestions.
Hey @TomM2, @Phil_Vallender, @RSchweighart do you have any thoughts on how we might achieve this?
Hi @kennedyp,
exactly, I send it to person A. The person A signs it, fills out infos and sends it to a person B. Person B signs and fills out further infos on the very same document.
Hi @PKolingba,
The request makes sense. Technically, you could use the recall and edit a quote capability, but that would remove person A’s signature, if he/she already signed.
What if you waited until person B was identified? Then, you could send the quote for signature to person A and person B. In addition, you could be listed as the countersigner.
If person A needs to review it earlier in the process, you could send it to person A without requiring a signature. Then, you could recall and edit the quote to add the signatures.
Thanks for the tag, @kennedyp.
All the Best,
