Can HubSpot provide me with e-mailing lists of prospects who may be interested in buying my products as well as e-mailing lists of experienced sales prospects who would be willing to sell my products?

Unfortunately, HubSpot can do neither of those things. They provide software to manage the information relating to prospects you generate yourself. There is a prospects tool, which can tell you which companies have visited your site (if their static IP address is recognised) but nothing more than this - no personal email information.
