Since a while people on our website -who filled in a form- receive a “Please confirm your subscription”-email.

We are currently testing the Hubspot software but from what I know our customers never received this reply in the past.
My question: can I change this message in the free version? Or how can I tackle this issue since our clients believe this mail looks ‘spammy’.
