I’m new here and right now i’m facing a problem.
I’ve tested my HubSpot email-form and embeded the code on my website, all that works fine but when i reply the message/ticket at HubSpot the answer shows up in the campaign category and not in the primary map on my gmail.
How do i solve this issue, i can’t figure it out :‘’(

Are you referring to the different tabs that Gmail uses to categorize emails? If so, there isn’t anything you can do within HubSpot to change that. Google uses changing algorithms to categorize these emails. If you want emails to land in the primary tab, you need to encourage your subscribers to add your from email address to their Google contacts and to move your emails to the primary tab manually.
