Assign a property to sales/1:1 emails, such as “effort” or “time spent.” This would make it possible to provide an overview of services/consulting effort for customers and to bill accordingly. Meetings and calls already have a “duration” property; the same is also necessary for emails in order to record and calculate the total time spent on activities. In general ist would be useful to have the possibility to creat own properties for 1:1/Sales E-Mails
