Idea Description:

I would like to propose the development of a feature that allows users to dynamically track the creation date of lists in HubSpot, and set workflows based on that date. Specifically, the ability to:

  1. Automatically pull the creation date of lists and store it in a property that can be used in workflows.
  2. Set list deletion criteria based on the age of the list (e.g., lists that were created more than 6 months ago and have not been used in any workflows or campaigns during that time).
  3. Create workflows or reports that can automatically flag lists for deletion based on specific criteria such as creation date, usage, or dependencies.
  4. Allow for better auditing and tracking of list deletion activity, including a log of which lists were deleted and why.

This would greatly improve our ability to manage and maintain clean, relevant lists, and help us automate the process of identifying and removing outdated data.
