# Dynamic Name Fields Based on Registration Number

I have a registration form where customers can enter the number of people they wish to register, including themselves. This field is currently set up to accept only numerical entries. I also have fields for the first and last names (required) and additional optional attendee information.

I’m looking for a way to have HubSpot automatically adjust the form to display the correct number of name fields based on the number entered. For instance, if a customer enters “3,” three sets of name fields would appear; if they enter “4,” four fields would show up.

@SarahWhite18 Hi Sarah!  
Did you manage to get this fucntionality in the end? I have client that wants the same thing and we were able to achieve it using multi-step forms in HS.
