Views these days are pretty useless because they show all the chats from all agents. For example, if a view were created to see today’s chats without that filter, the agent would see over 1,000 chats, and the vast majority would be a nuisance.
Conversely, if a view were created per user, over 70 views would be generated, which would clutter the iBox view list with junk, not to mention that it’s manual work and not scalable.

I’m curious to know if you and your team and currently using an alternative method for filtering views, or, if you have any recommendations for what you’d like to see instead.
