# Duplications handing tools

Hello Community,

I have been trying to manage all my duplicates in the HubSpot, could you please suggest me the best tools to use. I have figured out the below three tools,

1. Insycle

2. Deduply

3. PowerSpot

4. Any other tools ???

and I would like to know, is there any automation script available to use (Inside the HubSpot ) to manage the duplications, in case if there is any script available then I avoid going to the above mentioned tools (Ex: Insycle etc). Please do let me know if you have any idea. Thanks.

Hello @RSiddula,l

I would consider Incycle and Dedupely the main contenders. Which one works best depends on your exact requirements. I would recommend making a list of those exact requirements and checking the product pages or with the sales team of these solutions.

HubSpot’s own deduplication tools are (compared to these tools) limited: [Deduplicate records in HubSpot](https://knowledge.hubspot.com/crm-setup/deduplication-of-contacts-companies-deals-tickets#manually-deduplicate-contacts-and-companies-professional-and-enterprise-only)

As far as scripts go, you could of course create your own solution using the HubSpot API: [2026-03 API reference - HubSpot docs](https://developers.hubspot.com/docs/api/overview) There isn’t anything readymade however.
