in the deal pipeline, there is a stage where users can associate contacts to another custom object, but I want only the “Active which is based on a dropdown select property called Status” memebers of that custom object to appear, if possible I can set multiple conditions for which objects can appear on that selection field

Hi @AAwadAlkarim,

As far as I know this is not possible. The option to associate records will always show all records that the editing user has access to; there aren’t any settings to change that.

You could request this as a feature from the HubSpot product team here: [https://community.hubspot.com/t5/HubSpot-Ideas/idb-p/HubSpot\_Ideas](https://community.hubspot.com/t5/HubSpot-Ideas/idb-p/HubSpot_Ideas)

Best regards

What about a dropdown select field from a “chosen” property ie: First name property of a list, is that possible

@AAwadAlkarim I’m not aware of any way to do that, no, if you want it to populate dynamically and not be a static dropdown of manually maintained values.

Hi @AAwadAlkarim,

Currently HubSpot does not have native support for directly associating contacts with custom objects through workflows based on contact properties.

Best regards
