Hi,

Does anyone know if having submenus in dropdown fields on forms is possible, so it looks like this?

 ![DJohnson4_0-1687427131420.png](https://d2qpr2jzcazej7.cloudfront.net/original/3X/e/c/ec2315de799554966f90afc2d48f35866d9888e5.png)

For reference, we are a holiday company with roughly 60 destinations. What I want to do is group these destinations by country, so there isn’t a huge list that people are presented with.

thanks,

David

Hi @DJohnson4,

With the right Professional subscription, this can be achieved with dependent form fields:

> **[Use dependent form fields (legacy)](https://knowledge.hubspot.com/forms/use-dependent-form-fields)**
>
> Learn how to use dependent form fields to ask further qualifying questions based on previous answers.

You wouldn’t set this up as one field but as separate ones. You’d have a property for each country and its destinations.

There isn’t any feature for dependency within one field.

Best regards!

Thanks @karstenkoehler,

It’s a shame that it can’t be in one field, considering there are third parties like [this one](https://formcrafts.com/) who are offering this.
